Selection Monitoring
The Problem
While customers were pleased with eMAG, there was no mechanism to monitor gaps in selection with other marketplaces across the EU, like Amazon.co.uk.  

The Solution
Vantage helped eMAG define and implement a process for monitoring their selection gaps to other marketplaces, as well as a second process to acquire the selection and close the gap. 

The Results
The selection monitoring system helps ensure eMAG has the products customers in Romania want to buy.

Quarterly Business Reviews
The Problem
At Vantage, we know that a new perspective can shed light on dramatic inefficiencies. eMAG was spending two full business days each quarter on cross-departmental business reviews. Each department brought exhaustive PowerPoint decks and 40-60 page Excel workbooks to gauge quarterly success.

The Solution
Vantage introduced new QBR narrative documents with workshop, training, and implementation for two company executives. Our goal was to try these QBR narratives for two quarters and see the outcome.

The Results
In a dramatic reduction of time and effort, QBRs now take half a day at eMAG. Since Vantage’s renovation to the system, the number and rate of business metric improvements grows each quarter.
