At Vantage, we know that a new perspective can shed light on dramatic inefficiencies. eMAG was spending two full business days each quarter on cross-departmental business reviews. Each department brought exhaustive PowerPoint decks and 40-60 page Excel workbooks to gauge quarterly success.
Vantage introduced new QBR narrative documents with workshop, training, and implementation for two company executives. Our goal was to try these QBR narratives for two quarters and see the outcome.
In a dramatic reduction of time and effort, QBRs now take half a day at eMAG. Since Vantage’s renovation to the system, the number and rate of business metric improvements grows each quarter.
